This website is operated by ALL-CREATIVES HUB LIMITED, based in Lagos, Nigeria. By using the website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. Project-specific obligations are set out in the written agreement accepted by you and the studio.
2. Using the website
You may browse the website and contact us for legitimate personal or business purposes. You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, disrupt its operation, impersonate another person or submit material that infringes the rights of others.
3. Enquiries & project agreements
Submitting a contact form or requesting a quote is an enquiry; it does not by itself create a service contract or confirm a booking. Services, deliverables, fees, payment milestones, schedules and responsibilities are confirmed in the project proposal or written agreement. Where that agreement differs from these general website terms, the agreed project terms apply, subject to applicable law.
4. Fees, payments & changes
Project fees and payment dates are specified in your proposal or agreement. Any applicable taxes and third-party costs should be identified before you accept. Additional services, revisions beyond the agreed scope and changes to deliverables or timing are discussed and agreed in writing before the additional work proceeds.
5. Information, feedback & timelines
Please provide accurate project information, materials you are authorised to share and timely feedback. Project schedules depend on the agreed scope, required information, approvals and any third-party dependencies. If circumstances affect the schedule, the parties should discuss the impact and confirm any revised milestones in writing.
6. Intellectual property
Website text, designs, graphics, photographs and other materials belong to ALL-CREATIVES HUB LIMITED or their respective rights holders. Browsing the website does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish or commercially reuse those materials, except as permitted by law or with permission. Ownership, licences, source files and usage rights for commissioned work are defined in the project agreement. You retain your rights in materials you supply and must have permission for their intended use.
7. Project images & website information
Portfolio images, concepts and visualisations illustrate our work and creative approach. They do not, by themselves, define the specifications or deliverables for a new project. Website articles and general information are not a substitute for project-specific technical advice, site assessments or required professional and regulatory approvals. Please contact us to confirm details relevant to your project.
8. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation, postponement and termination arrangements are set out in the project agreement. Any payment or refund assessment should take account of the agreed terms, work completed, properly authorised commitments and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or remove any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights.

Please read our Privacy Policy for information about personal data. Links to external websites are provided for convenience. Their operators are responsible for their own content, services and privacy practices; a link does not by itself imply endorsement.
10. Availability & your rights
