Project Narrative
This three-bedroom bungalow renovation brings together comfortable living spaces and restful bedrooms in a warm, contemporary interior. The finished rooms combine soft neutral colours, timber finishes and carefully selected furniture, giving the home a consistent character while allowing each space to serve its everyday purpose.
the method
Our Approach
The design pairs cream walls and grey upholstery with timber joinery, marble-effect surfaces and subtle gold accents. In the living and dining areas, coordinated seating, a feature television wall, decorative artwork and pendant lighting create a connected setting for relaxing and gathering.
The bedrooms carry the same palette through upholstered and timber headboards, full-height curtains, bedside wall lights and practical storage. Layered lighting and soft furnishings add comfort without overwhelming the spaces.
Outcome
The Result
The finished bungalow has a cohesive interior that balances decorative detail with everyday comfort. From the shared living and dining space to the bedrooms, repeated materials, lighting and furnishings create a welcoming home with a clear visual identity.
